Nous vivons dans une société où le travail en réseau et l’échange d’information n’ont jamais été aussi cruciaux. La nécessité du renforcement des liens entre les différents acteurs issus des Etats et de la société civile n’a jamais été aussi criante, et, seul, personne ne peut être ni légitime ni vraiment pertinent… c’est pourquoi la participation à des réseaux multiples est un gage de qualité et d’ouverture, mais aussi une source d’enrichissement permanent.

Chacun des acteurs doit être partie prenante du mouvement, reconnaître les apports des autres acteurs, être capable de réagir et d’interagir avec ceux qui l'entourent.

Cette partie présente les principaux acteurs et réseaux internationaux de la société civile avec lesquels le Domaine Droits et Politiques du Handicap a travaillé ces dernières années sur le sujet de la coopération internationale et de la Convention des Nations-Unies :

- des ORGANISATIONS NON GOUVERNEMENTALES DANS LE DOMAINE «HANDICAP ET DEVELOPPEMENT» (IDDC)

- des ORGANISATIONS REPRESENTANT LES PERSONNES HANDICAPEES

We live in a society where networking and the exchange of information are crucial. The need to reinforce the links and cooperation between different actors of States and of civil society has never been so important. It is not possible to achieve legitimate processes of social change working in isolation. For that reason, participation in multiple networks guarantees quality and openness, and is also a source of permanent enrichment.

Each actor has to be part of the movement, to acknowledge the contributions of his partners, to be able to react and interact with those around him.

This part of the CD-Rom introduces the chief actors and international networks with whom the Disabilities Rights and Policies Unit has worked in recent years on the question of international cooperation and the UN Convention:
