Ce CD-Rom présente une sélection de documents, livres, pages et sites internet ressources, en lien avec les droits et politiques du handicap. Chacune des huit thématiques est développée à travers des références théoriques permettant de clarifier concepts et approches, et des ressources issues de la pratique visant à faciliter la conception et la mise en œuvre de projets.

Ce produit s’adresse en particulier à toutes les organisations travaillant dans le domaine du développement, de l’action d’urgence et des droits de l’Homme, du niveau international au niveau local. Des acteurs variés donc, comprenant les organisations de personnes handicapées, les autorités et entités publiques, les fournisseurs de service… ainsi que toute organisation souhaitant contribuer à un développement plus inclusif.

Ce produit n’existe que par l’usage qui en sera fait. Aussi, vos remarques sur son utilisation et suggestions sur son contenu sont les bienvenues.

This CD-Rom presents reference publications, web pages and websites selected in connection with the theme of disability rights and policies. The aim is to expand on the introductory 8 chapters of the booklet. Each chapter provides both theoretical references – to help clarify important concepts and approaches and resources that stem from practical experience – to support project development and implementation.

This document is designed to be used by all organisations working in development, emergency relief and human rights – at all levels, from local to international. It therefore targets a wide range of actors, including disabled people’s organisations (DPOs), public authorities and service providers – indeed any organisation wishing to contribute to processes of inclusive development.

We hope you will find this resource useful in your work. We welcome any comments or suggestions for future versions.
